- Day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversee clinic staff and patient-handling to ensure that the clinic is run optimally and meet service standards.
- Perform frontline operations of the clinic including patient registration, payments, booking of appointments, financial counselling, and stock-taking.
