Job Description
- Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing
- Documentation of method statement and work procedures
- Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled
- Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services
- Preparation of design construction drawings
- Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
- Attend site meetings and inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering disciplines with at least a Builder Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting (Practical) or related; with at least 2 year of experience.
- Great team player with pro-active attitude.
- Experience in M&E, specifically Plumbing and Sanitary systems, will be an added advantage.
