As a Chef, you will work closely with the management and quality assurance department to train and manage kitchen team members, supervise and coordinate all culinary activities. You are also responsible for preparing consistent, high quality food products and improving efficiency to streamline outlet operations.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Menu development; innovate new seasonal dishes
- Product innovation
- Train new team members
- Estimate food consumption and costing
- Monitor production and spoilage records; adjust production to maintain sufficient product while minimizing wastage
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items according to LWB recipes and standards
- Continually strive to improve food preparations & presentations
- Streamline central kitchen and outlet operations
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Minimum qualifications
- Experience working in kitchen
- Culinary-related certifications/Diploma an added advantage
- Fluency in English
