Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day management and operations of the Housekeeping Department
- Establish and/or implement operating policies, procedures and standards and ensure compliance
- Ensure daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal levels of revenue
- Implement control measures to minimize errors and waste
- Develop and manage annual budget in line with the company overall business plan & strategies
- Implement training plan and schedules to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant fields
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
