Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via various channels.
- Data entry, including processing of inquiries, Quotations, and process Sales orders from customers & etc.
- Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met.
- Monitor inventory stock level.
- Manage customer order fulfilment plans for on-time delivery.
- Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email, website live chat service and phone calls.
- To coordinate daily movement of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, including liaising with internal and external customers for the collection and delivery of vehicles.
- To physically check all repair work performed in the workshop for completeness and road test, inclulding LTA inspection if required, before the vehicle is returned to the customers.
- To focus on providing quality services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Good command of English and Chinese and basic accounting knowledge will an added advantage.
- Friendly and Customer Service Oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company
- Min 3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
