Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients throughout the Asia Pacific region.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client needs, goals, and challenges to offer customized solutions.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth within current accounts and explore new business prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings with client demands.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Lead contract discussions, securing favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Work alongside legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Regularly monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Demonstrated success as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar role, particularly within the technology-driven sector.
- Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the Asia Pacific region.
