A cloud kitchen in Sembawang seeking for interested candidate to manage and grow the business
Job Scope
Market and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired mix at the outlet
Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of the kitchen spaces to prospects
In-charge of daily outlet operations and work closely with management on all operational matters
Attend to tenants' queries and provide necessary assistance to ensure daily operations are well executed and above standards
Assigned and oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks and ensuring standards are met
Proactive with ideas on how to improve overall operations workflow, improve tenants' experience and customer services
Job Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sound understanding of the F&B industries
Resourceful personality and leasing experience will be advantage
Analytic and good problem solver
Self-motivated and able to multi-task
6 days work week
Working flexible
