Job Description
- Focusing on Plumbing and Sanitary Services
- Customised experience to plumbing and sanitary focused.
- Prepare the estimation of quantities required and costing from construction drawings
- Prepare quotations, Tender replies, and reports
- Take off & prepare BOQ
- Attend meetings with developers, contractors, sub contractors and suppliers
- Prepare variation orders and assist to handle variation orders
- Assist to prepare monthly progress claim to clients
- Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
- Read, understand and intepret contractual terms & tender / construction drawings
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Able to analyse and compare quotations
- Assist contract manager to prepare contracts
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent; with at least 2 year of experience.
- Great team player with pro-active attitude.
- Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary systems
