Job Description:
- Create and update sales orders (S/O) and manage amendments for inter-departmental circulation.
- Facilitate coordination between departments such as production, purchasing, and shipping regarding sales orders.
- Assist in communication and support related to orders with customers on behalf of the responsible person.
- Upload, periodically maintain, and update all sales order documentation in the shared folder.
- Compile and generate reports on sales and ordering matters.
- Prepare cost statements for new and renewal orders and handle submission for FTA form D readiness.
- Support weekly operations of the Meiji shop.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ level, certificate, or diploma.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and strong communication skills.
- Previous similar experience is preferred.
