As a Hair Salon Supervisor, you’ll be in charge of running a salon.You’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day operation to maximise service and retail sales, to exceed set financial targets, and to provide a high level of customer satisfaction with our salon products and services.
As the supervisor, you will lead your team to help customers to achieve the look that they aspire to. You will be required to give training and support to your team so that they can deliver services with professionalism and a personal touch.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable individuals who can lead a team of junior Hair Stylists.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Strong communication skills, with all team members and customers.
2. Experience in managing a Hair salon, and have the skills and knowledge to lead your team.
3. Ensure that our customers are served professionally and are provided with the best services and products in the salon.
4. Sell appropriate packages and the retail sales of products to hit monthly sales target.
5. Keep updated on Hair Trends, and maintain a good knowledge of all services and products
6. Ensure that the Hair salon maintains daily housekeeping to the highest standards.
7. Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed accordingly.
8. To provide timely feedback from our customers to the company.
9. Provide excellent customer service, support, and awareness at all times.
10. Management of stock levels by following all usage guidelines set. To ensure the correct handling and security of retail and professional stock.
11. Ensure the proper use of the POS system.
12. To build rapport and develop and maintain positive working relationships with the team, management, and all other team members .
13. To assist with the training of new employees to ensure that the salon service levels are met at all times.
14. To maintain excellent appearance and personal grooming.
15. Be organised, hardworking, and honest, and display a consistently high standard of service 16.
Work Experience – Minimum of 2 Years
