The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that promote our service offerings and build our online presence in (a) Interiors (b) buildng repairs & refurbishment and (c) buildup of landed homes.


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategy Development: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals. This includes setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and determining the best online channels and tactics to reach them.
  2. Campaign Management: They oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising (such as PPC and display ads).
  3. SEO and SEM: The manager ensures that the company’s website and content are optimized for search engines (SEO) and manages paid search advertising (SEM) to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  4. Content Marketing: They develop and oversee content marketing strategies, which include creating and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage the target audience. This could involve blog posts, videos, infographics, and other forms of digital content.
  5. Social Media Management: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company’s presence on social media platforms, crafting strategies to grow followers, engage audiences, and increase brand visibility.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: They use digital analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track the performance of online marketing campaigns, website traffic, and user behavior. This data is used to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Budget Management: The manager allocates the digital marketing budget across various channels and campaigns, ensuring that resources are used effectively and that the return on investment (ROI) is maximized.
  8. Lead Generation: They focus on generating qualified leads through digital marketing efforts, employing tactics such as landing pages, email marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns to convert website visitors into potential customers.
  9. Email Marketing: The Digital Marketing Manager oversees email marketing campaigns, including designing email newsletters, segmenting mailing lists, and automating email sequences to engage and convert leads.
  10. Customer Experience and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): They work on optimizing the customer journey on the company’s digital platforms to improve user experience and increase conversion rates, turning visitors into customers.
  11. Brand Management: The manager ensures consistent brand messaging across all digital channels, aligning with the company’s voice and visual identity.
  12. Collaborating with Other Departments: They work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts support broader business goals and customer needs.
  13. Staying Updated with Trends: The Digital Marketing Manager keeps up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  14. Managing Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: They oversee the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized.
  15. Team Leadership: If managing a team, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring digital marketing professionals, ensuring that the team’s efforts are coordinated and aligned with the company’s goals.
