The Technology Operations team is responsible for ensuring the deployment of solutions & operations in the areas of End User Computing needs for the organization.
This role is cross-functional and focused on Operations & Deployment of:-
End User Computing & Workplace Technology - M365 Cloud Suite of products
- Collaboration Tools e.g OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams
- Emails - Exchange OnPrem and M365 Cloud
- Endpoints – Laptops (PC, Macs, CloudPC), Mobiles, iPad Support
- Mobile device management (MDM) & Mobile application management (MAM) – Microsoft Intune, BYOD
- Windows 10 and MacOS ecosystem. Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager (SCCM)
- Workplace technology - ZOOM/WebEx Teams / Crestron Flex / Cisco Room Kit
- Secure Mobile messaging – Secure WhatsApp deployment, Tencent
- M365 Copilot
Roles & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the platform and work with partners to resolve issues OR deploy a new solution
- Develop a roadmap & describe structural and technical characteristics, user experience behavior, and other aspects of the platform to project stakeholders
- Maintain, comply and improve the cyber security posture of platforms in line with evolving practices
- Work with architecture team to evaluate new technologies that can be implemented aligned to the strategic vision
- Review & optimize spend on tech contracts in each area to improve business efficiency
- Work cross-functionally across various team e.g Architecture, Cyber Security, Procurement, Applications & Digital team
- Lead Major incident management for platform capability
- Undertake end to end project management work that requires technology transformation in above Technology stack
