Kwaasong is a local bakeshop located at Boat Quay. Our bakes include buttery flaky
croissants,tarts, batons and folds, produced from quality ingredients. We strive to create
delightful customer experiences that linger, bringing a touch of warmth and smiles to our
customers. We are looking for a Full-Time Bakeshop Storefront Staff, who will take on
operating the bakery and be part of the front-of-house team.
Job Responsibilities:
● Support daily operations of the bakeshop, including store administration and
customer services.
● Deliver excellent customer services.
● Manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen on daily production.
● Handle customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
● Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
● Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
● Proven experience in working as front-of-house staff and store operations of at least
one year
● Knowledge in coffee making is a plus.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Able to work independently.
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
● Passion for baked goods and a desire to learn about our products.
● Have passion to deliver excellent customer services.
● Work knowledge of MS Office to facilitate planning.
● Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays, on a rotating shift basis.
● Willing to learn new things and build our Kwaasong future together!
