Project Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

•⁠ ⁠Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit material and sample submissions.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report to client, stakeholders, and the manager

•⁠ ⁠⁠Answer and respond immediately to client, stakeholder and resident feedback

•⁠ ⁠Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Provide updates on project progress.

•⁠ ⁠Offer technical solutions for any related issues.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations, liaise will all relevant stakeholders with regards to commencement of works


Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠National Certificate in Construction Supervisor or at least equivalent with 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry

•⁠ ⁠Polytechnic Diploma holder in Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Management or at least equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and written skills.
