Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3200 + VB
- Working Hours: 5 Days (4 weekdays + 1 weekend); Weekdays (3pm - 10pm)/ Weekends (9:30am - 6pm)
- Location: Buona Vista/ Potong Pasir
Job Scope:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about programs, services, and schedules
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Assist in student enrollment processes, including registration, payment processing, and documentation
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for teachers, staff, and students
- Manage classroom and facility bookings, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support day-to-day operations of the tuition center
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Ensure the welfare and pantry for students is well stocked, organized, and clean
- Monitor inventory levels of pantry and welfare supplies, and replenish as needed
- Maintain records of orders, expenses, and consumption related to student welfare
- Assist teachers in ordering food and welfare items for students
