Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements competitive total remuneration framework to attract & retain talents and that aligns with company’s strategic objectives
- Participates in market salary surveys and conduct salary benchmarking & analysis to ensure competitive and sustainable remuneration practices
- Job evaluation/levelling using established methodologies to ensure that jobs are sized correctly to support salary benchmarking
- Oversees the administration of employee benefits programmes and engage brokers & vendors to implement competitive employee benefits that enhance employee satisfaction in a cost-effective manner
- Manages the annual performance appraisal, salary review and bonus exercises to recognise and reward employees’ contributions
- Reviews human resources policies regularly to ensure compliance with labour regulations and alignment to company’s strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business or a related study
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Understanding of compensation & benefits practices and employment regulations
- Good analytical skills and highly numerate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Workday
