Job Responsibilities:
- Change Request Management
- Receive and process internal change requests such as updates to customer information in the internal system.
- Check and validate requests before processing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update the requestor once the change request has been processed.
- Referral Program Tracking and Preparation
- Track and manage the referral program, including validation of referrals.
- Request payment vouchers and inform referrers about the collection process.
- Maintain accurate records of all referral activities and communications.
- Customer Communication
- Engage with external customers regarding the collection of vouchers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues related to the referral program.
- Ad-hoc Support
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the sales operations team and business units.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on admin/operations is highly desirable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
