Role Overview
The Design Specialist at OnebyZero will be a key member of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality design solutions across various platforms. You’ll be tasked with creating visually compelling and user-centric designs that align with our brand vision and client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design projects from concept to final delivery across multiple channels (digital, print, product, etc.).
- Develop user-centric designs that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design sprints to contribute innovative ideas.
- Oversee the creation of design assets, including logos, icons, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Design Learning modules, news letters and blogs
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience as a design specialist, graphic designer, UI/UX designer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, UI/UX, and branding.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with design systems and familiarity with agile workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
