- Diploma or Undergraduate in Maritime is a plus
- Self-motivated and driven to work in an extremely high energy and volatile environment
- Diligent, Meticulous
- Able to listen and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to start immediately would be an added advantage
- Strong in basic numeric skills
