Scope:
- Responsible for day-to-day office activities
- Schedule and plan meeting and appointments.
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons and employee team building activities or special projects
- Assist designated leaders in expense claim procedure ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Engaging with vendors & visitors in office
- Handle confidential information
- Handle conference room booking/meeting space
- Coordinating travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 5- 6 years of relevant office admin/secretarial duties
- Team Player
- Able to coordinate travel booking
