- Oversee smooth and compliant export operations, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Coordinate and manage the entire export shipment process, including space planning and booking with carriers.
- Handle import export and cross trade documentation.
- Proactively prevent service failures and manage recovery efforts resourcefully.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment coordination with various departments to meet customer requirements.
- Serve as the main contact between carriers and the company, handling complaints and monitoring contract space fulfillment.
- Analyze operations to recommend and implement corrective actions, enhancing service quality.
- Monitor and review quality costs, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Follow up on shipment inquiries , maintaining clear communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Preference for min 5 years of experience.
- Background in customer service is a plus
- Good writing and verbal skills
- Microsoft skill
- Preference for people with forklift and driving licence in Singapore.
- Good Interpersonal skills
