On behalf of our client, a FinTech company, we are seeking for an experienced IT Infrastructure leader with experiences in leading architecture review and redesign to oversee tech upgrades and manage vendor relations. You will also manage and optimise critical payment systems, ensuring 24/7 operations and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure to establish technology policies in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., TRMG and PSN06).
- Track and execute technology refresh projects for IT infrastructure supporting payment systems.
- Manage updates for critical IT infrastructure supporting payment systems.
- Set and enforce security standards for IT infrastructure.
- Manage data center operations, including disaster recovery and capacity planning.
- Lead 24/7 IT operations, setting performance metrics and improving service levels.
- Lead a team of engineers, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and ensuring high performance.
- Oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior role, ideally in banking infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, disaster recovery, and production support.
- Proven track record in executing large-scale tech refreshes, migrations, and data center setups
- Familiarity with payment systems and Singapore's regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
