Job Description:
- Assist with day-to-day clerical and administrative task.
- Attend to customer enquiries via phone call and email.
- Assist in invoice processing and checking.
- Assist in basic HR duties including collecting work pass from MOM officer if necessary.
- Maintain and organize filling system.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With related administrative experience
- Able to accept short term/temporary role (6 to 12mths)
- Computer literate and good with MS Office Application
