Department
The department is Asset Management. This department is primarily responsible for the management of the operational PBSA properties in Australia, the focus of the department is centred on 4 main objectives, providing our residents an unforgettable journey in our property, budget management, operator management and lastly improving and preserving the value of the property.
Designation and Reporting
The department you will be in is the Asset Management department which is currently split into 2 teams by geographies. Your designation is Associate, Asset Management, and you will report directly to the team head. You will be based in Singapore but are expected to travel to Australia regularly and whenever required. You will be required to work closely with all other departments within the Company as well as our PBSA operator(s) in Australia.
Scope of Work
Your role is to assist the team in its various responsibilities, which includes the following (but not limited to):
- Budget Management
- Enhancing Student Experience
- Property Financial Performance Analysis
- Retail Management
- Asset Management
- Internal Reporting and Planning
- Company and Department growth initiatives
Job Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, Project Facility Management, or Real Estate.
- At least 1-2 years in asset management or related field preferred
- Skilled in negotiation and project management
- Have great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Competent in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Be driven, enthusiastic and have a growth mindset.
- Good working attitude and show willingness to learn.
- Able to present himself/herself confidently in front of people.
- Regular Travel is required.
