The incumbent is required to play a key role in fostering the company's growth by uncovering and securing new business prospects, nurturing relationships with current clients, and supporting the overall sales strategy. This position involves a combination of prospecting, networking, negotiating, and closing deals to achieve or surpass sales targets and support the company’s long-term objectives.
Responsibility
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, social media, proactive visits / outdoor sales and canvassing across Singapore
- Contributes to develop business development strategies to reach required business objectives and revenue i.e. Corporate sales
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Attending networking activities to connect with prospective clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Ensure good corporate image and branding
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
- Min 2 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development related position is preferred
- Proactive, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision
- A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiatives
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadline
- Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Able to travel around Singapore if required
