RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handles phone-manning
· Data entries and record keeping
· Provide best solution or alternative to complaints
· Work closely with operations department
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
· To converse well in both English and Chinese (to speak with Chinese-speaking clients)
· Possesses IT knowledge
· Good listening skills
· Able to work in fast-paced environment
· Good team player with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
· Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent
· Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
OTHER INFORMATION:
· Location: Geylang Bahru
· Working Days/Hours: alternate 5 and 6 days (8am to 5pm)
· Salary: Up to $3000 + OT + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
