Job Description:
- Overseeing the creative aspect of different projects and making key decisions during the project.
- Work with the events & video production team to propose creative direction and concepts.
- Guiding the direction of creative projects and communicating a vision to team members.
- Developing a deep understanding of the client brand's identity, values, and target audience.
- Creating creative strategies that are innovative, engaging, and effective for projects based on research.
- Manage, develop and execute design works, creative ideas and concepts.
- Produce 3D mockups or pre-visualization works for approval.
- Monitor closely the quality of digital assets and creative output
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Develop creative campaigns through coming up with new ideas, content sources, and media strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Need to have sufficient knowledge in video production and events.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
- Ability to generate creative campaign / sales / marketing proposal for clients.
