Jobscope
· Take care of 10 to 15 children at any one point
· Writing of IEP and Monthly progress report
· Setup effective behavioural management strategy
· Conduct 1 to 1 home based ABA therapy and School Shadowing for children with Autism
· Training of junior therapists
· Arrangement of observation sessions for junior therapists
· Scheduling of therapy sessions for the clients
· Conduct assessment and effectively take data of every therapy session
Talent Requirements
· Positive, friendly, helpful, patient and dependable
· Strong passion to help the children with special needs
· Work independently with high sense of responsibility and ethics
· Do not mind traveling to different locations for therapy
· Uphold high integrity, enthusiastic and display good work ethics
· Detailed oriented
· Able to follow clear SOP
