This is a contract role, focusing on the systems implementation of a new student management system and supporting key areas of the user division covering student recruitment, admission operations, and financial aid.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the implementation of a new student management system, encompassing business process reengineering, design, data mapping, user testing, and training.
- Manage end-to-end admissions operations to achieve objectives and targets.
- Facilitate change management for the new admissions system, ensuring processes are effective and current.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Polytechnic Diploma from a reputable institution.
- At least 1 year of full-time experience, preferably with student management or CRM systems in education sector.
- Strong IT skills; programming knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in project management and English (both spoken and written).
- Capable of multitasking, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain composed under pressure.
