Job Description
· Provide support to teachers in preparation of teaching and learning resources
· Provide support to teachers in implementing interventions for students with learning & special needs, behavioral and attendance concerns
· Assist teachers in classroom management to provide conducive learning environment
· Assist in inventory management such as stock-take and packing of resources
· Assist in school programmes and events including learning journeys
· Assist in administrative matters such as collection of data or any other duties required by supervisor
· Assist in general office’s front desk duties such as managing students’ and parents’ queries by providing necessary assistance and attending to phone calls
· Participate in school-related activities or events
Requirements
· Secondary school education qualification
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Team-player
· 3 years of similar working experience in a primary school
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
