Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant department to map out requirements and develop a Manpower Planning Tools that taps on various data sources and planning parameters to optimise manpower Estab.
- Explore feasibility of scaling Institution manpower planning templates across all Job Groups.
- Engage with various stakeholders to gain understanding of operational planning to drive and influence tools adoption.
- Work closely with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to familiarize with long-range planning to support cluster’s expansionary demands.
- Familiarize with yearly manpower budgeting process and work closely with team lead to use manpower planning tool as part of annual budgeting process.
- Establish performance indicators, measure and achievement of desired business outcomes, identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Above – Major in a quantitative discipline i.e. Finance, statistics, human resources, economics, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR function with Manpower Planning experience is preferred.
