Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform customer service duties (dine-in and takeaways)
• Assist with basic food preparation duties for customers’ orders.
• Recommend new launched food items and be familiar with marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for cashiering duties and coordination with delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance to company’s standard operating procedures, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
Job Specification
• Minimal or no experience required as training will be provided.
• Able to do shift work, including weekends & PH.
• Experience in cashiering and POS system will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and service oriented.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to interact with Mandarin-speaking employees/customers.
