Job Description
- Offer technical support and expertise advice to customers (both internal and external) on product selection, solutions and other applications knowledge.
- Do regular site visits as part of field learning experiences and also to help troubleshoot issues as necessary.
- Work with sales team to provide customers with product demonstrations and company presentations, technical solution and products offer.
- Work with global application team to maintain close coordination and cooperation, access to product related information and seek for technical support when necessary.
- Participate actively in knowledge exchange through global forums and case studies.
- Conduct necessary technical training to customers, distribution partners and internal team
- To support the sales team in spec-in activities with the best solution, as well as reviewing project technical/testing specifications
- Work with QC team on product defects/issues/technical aspects
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing and Engineering is preferred.
- Mechanical design engineer welcome to apply!
