Job description
- Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team
- Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Prepare and submit material and sample submissions
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report to client, stakeholders, and the manager
- Answer and respond immediately to client, stakeholder and resident feedback
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders
- Provide updates on project progress
- Offer technical solutions for any related issues
- Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations, liaise will all relevant stakeholders with regards to commencement of works
Requirements
- National Certificate in Construction Supervisor or at least equivalent with 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
- Diploma holder in Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Management or at least equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
- Good communication and written skills
