Job Scope
The Business Analyst is a functional expert on a specific business process as well as the applications automating these business processes.
The Business Analyst is mandated for maintenance of functional design in collaboration with:
- Business Enterprise Architect and/or Business Domain Expert when applicable
- Business key users for specific Applications (Cloud & non-Cloud)
And ensure that Applications delivered from DTIT development team or Cloud suppliers are compliant to the functional design.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that the user acceptance test plan is available and published, drafted at the user requirement analysis phase and finalized at functional general documents step.
- Requests InfoSec team for conducting dynamic security test.
- Ensure user acceptance criteria systematically addressed in the IT testing scope.
- Performs user requirement analysis and creates/updates functional specifications, with the involvement of DTIT Business Domain Experts & Architects if required.
- Records new change requests and creates all related CRs required to carry out the initial request. Group change requests into master releases and ensure planning & execution.
- Classify and bring changes to CAB for validation.
- SOX/ABC governance compliancy.
- CR Analysis and impact assessment (when applicable, extended to multiple applications / cross domains impact).
- Coordinates cross-functional change request for his/her business domain.
- Data Integrity assurance.
- Ensures completeness of test cases.
- Responsible to define release content in collaboration with users.
- Executes functional tests.
- System integration test coordination for the whole end to end solution (for scope impacting multiple applications / cross domains).
- Functional incidents & problems resolution – Functional Subject Matter Expert.
- RTP requests & approval from business.
- For new releases & functionalities, ensures support training packages and training are performed, service criticalities and specificities, service level objectives and all stakeholders are identified.
- Management of PO/PR/contract setup/legal and supplier negotiation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, computer engineering or similar
- 10 years in semiconductor field
- Expertise in software automation in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Expertise in SECS-GEM standards, Applied Material Cellworks or equivalent platform,
- Good knowledge in Advanced Process Control domain in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Skills on scanning, knowledge of equipment and tools in semiconductor manufacturing.
- English business proficiency
- Team-working, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Availability for intercontinental travelling
- Ability to define and manage action plans and projects
