Position Title: Assistant Manager - Project & Process Improvement
Responsibilities:
- Identify area for improvement within operational process
- Initiate process improvement project for better productivity and efficiency
- Develop costing file to determine budget, resource, and profitability of new business quotation
- Responsible for new project scoping and migration, mapping with customer for new or changed business requirements
- Provide performance and management reports to customers
- Meet project KPI, example billing accuracy and meeting timeline
- Responsible for Asset Management (Weasel, ASRS, GTP & Future Automation)
- Perform analysis, trending and reporting of operational data to generate insights for continuous process improvement
- Support Operations Manager to review inventory management and cycle count plan, assist Operations Manager with stock variances reconciliation investigation to prevent recurrence if discrepancy is related to operation process flow
- To carry out tasks assigned by immediate superior
- Comply with the requirement set in Quality Management System; FSC CoC Management System; Environmental, Health & Safety Management System, and any other management systems deem related to this industry
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing or logistics operations
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects similtaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is preferred.
