Description:
- Ensure the integrity and readiness of production systems managed by the Digital Platform System team.
- Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting for production incidents and critical system interfaces through Workflow and Automation systems.
- Assist the Incident Manager in implementing preventive and detective measures, and conduct root cause analysis for applications.
- Aid the IT Planner in achieving project objectives, including production transitions for new system launches and system change requests.
- Suggest improvements for systems based on identified process gaps.
- Develop and standardize processes, including implementation, integration, and documentation, according to established standards.
- Identify and recommend suitable processes for automation and implementation.
- Lead and coordinate projects, offering analytical support and conducting requirement analysis for system enhancements, fixes, and emergency application changes.
- Timely escalate risk issues to relevant parties.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises for system restoration.
- Organize regular meetings with developers for issue resolution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 4 years of experience in Application or System Support, preferably within a bank or financial institution.
- Hands-on experience with Workflow and Automation systems.
- Experience in an Enterprise Application support environment, interacting with multiple functions (developers, infrastructure, service desk) and business users.
- Functional knowledge of Digitalization systems (e.g., Customer Onboarding, Funding Charges, Data Management).
- Technical expertise with applications hosted on both Windows and Linux, including database queries (SQL Server, ORACLE) and managing application services under Windows Services and Linux application services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., DOS, UNIX, VBA).
- Self-motivated and driven to ensure high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of results.
- Sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
