The Position
The Payment Processing Team Lead will oversee the entire payment process cycle. This role includes monitoring payment schedules and ensuring that payments are processed in accordance with the agreed terms. The Team Lead will provide guidance to a team of payment officers to ensure that operational activities, such as the preparation of payment proposals and the routing of payments, are completed accurately and on time. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across all areas of the payment process and updating any Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary. The Team Lead will also be responsible for supporting any ad-hoc duties that arise.
The Person
The successful candidate will hold a diploma in Accounting, Business, or Finance, along with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience. This role requires candidates to have prior experience using SAP. In addition to strong communication skills, interested individuals should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and possess a meticulous, analytical mindset. The position is based in Jurong and offers the flexibility of one day of remote work per week.
