Title: Regional Channel Sales Manager– Medical Device
Location: Singapore
About the role:
Our client is a Global Medical Device MNC seeking for a Regional Channel Sales Manager,to manage and expand indirect sales and distribution channel strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement plans to be the brand champion for our client.
- Collaborate with distributor partners to develop win-win solutions for key accounts and customers, driving sales growth. This includes monitoring key account initiatives, activities, and overall growth progress.
- You understand market drivers and dynamics to craft relevant strategies to drive business in assigned geographical territories and meet respective countries’ specific business goals.
- Develop partner relationships and maximize market visibility.
- Lead the launch of new products and manage the execution of regional sales/marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally with other internal stakeholders, along with their functional teams, to ensure effective support for distributors.
Requirements
- Minimally 8 years of regional experience in sales, channel management and business unit management in medical equipment and/or medical devices/ medical aesthetics industry with strong sales track records and extensive experience in Asia Pacific particularly Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam or India is mandatory.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in either Economics, Business Administration or Healthcare equivalent fields.
- Flexibility to travel 20% - 30% within the APAC region is a must.
- You are independent and highly driven, demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
