Event and Marketing Specialist
Job Description
- Reporting to Sr Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific and Japan, the role of Field Marketing Specialist, Company's Adaptive Planning.
- Will be responsible for driving net new pipeline, supporting deal acceleration, driving cross-sell and upsell programs and showcasing ongoing customer success.
- The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success as a marketing specialist.
- This role will combine marketing execution and planning with hands-on program creation and is a perfect opportunity for a talented, experienced marketing professional who is looking to grow.
- The role encompasses the development of program and activity execution strategy through to execution through an agile marketing team model that aligns with persona, industry, digital and events in collaboration with the other marketing and Sales Director across Asia - Company's Adaptive Planning- to drive awareness, consideration, pipeline creation and acceleration for Company’s Planning solutions.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Execute planned programs, events, digital marketing given advice by senior team individuals.
- Ideally tailor programs for the Company's Adaptive Planning Solutions portfolio and messaging to align to prospect, customer and industry-specific initiatives, business objectives or unique challenges.

- Collaborate closely across stakeholders to assist in creating and accelerating pipeline.
- Review performance metrics with a keen eye on ROI. Ensure that each marketing activity is tracked and measured. Use data and dashboards to inform future programs.
- Be nimble. Address the ongoing demand for opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs of the sales teams in response to the health of the pipeline.
- Share metrics and reporting to inform broader teams of best-practices.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years proven marketing experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with executives.
- Experience in high-tech, enterprise software.
- Knowledge of cloud based solutions.Experience for planning and analytical solutions are plus.
- High energy. Highly productive with strong self-starter initiative.
- Exceptional organizational, budget, project and people management skills.
