Job Description
- Focus on business goals, accurately defining problems, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide correct modeling and optimization ideas;
- Responsible for the optimization of user growth-related algorithms and improving business growth.
- Using Causal Inference, CLV Assessment, Real-time Bidding and other methods, to achieve real-time optimization of traffic and improve growth efficiency.
- Utilize The Multi-modal Understanding and AIGC to achieve quality improvement and automated production of marketing materials;
- Improve the efficiency of marketing full-link by optimizing personalized recommendation algorithms;
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 4 years experience of user growth technology;
- Experience with at least the following two technical directions: RTA/RTB/SEM/Material Optimization/Landing Page Optimization;
- Experienced in machine learning, causal inference, reinforcement learning and other technologies to build user models and improve user conversions;
- Experienced in data analysis and problem-solving skills, and be familiar with used big data components;
- Understand the leading technologies in the industry and be able to introduce them into the team to improve overall capabilities;
- At least 4 years of experience in managing a team
- Have good communication skills and team collaboration skills, and be able to implement complex cross-team projects independently;
