Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website,
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, and prices.
- Set and update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfilment
- Manage online payment gateways and troubleshoot payment issues, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders
- Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and industry standards
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
