Disseminate new information and developments of products
- Code using COBOL language and test programs in mainframe platform
- Provide maintenance and support for the tools (e.g. simulators and HSM) required for the credit card application in the mainframe platform
- Periodic review of the source codes created by the product support team
- Manage Product Support Hotline
