The Channel Partner Marketing Manager will own the strategy, development, and execution of partner marketing programs in Asia. This role involves working with local stakeholders and global marketing teams to create and implement localized strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth. This is a part of the APAC B2B marketing team and will report to the Marketing Director. You will have exposure and visibility to the client’s Sales, Product, Finance & Market Insights teams, as you work with them to create a holistic solution to Marketing problems. Role Responsibilities
- Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement localized marketing strategies and playbooks. Oversee multi-channel partner programs and campaigns to generate demand and revenue.
- Campaign and Content Management: Adapt and localize global campaigns for the Asian market. Create marketing content and sales tools, including presentations, emails, and brochures.
- Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary marketing contact for local and international partners. Develop a communication framework to update partners on promotions and solution changes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance and partner engagement. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- Market Insights and Strategy: Conduct research on consumer trends and market dynamics. Enhance partnership marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing and sponsorships.
- Promotion and Partner Identification: Identify and promote potential partners to maximize revenue. Develop joint marketing plans based on research and insights.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create marketing materials and ensure alignment with global strategies.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in partnership marketing, with a focus on Asia-Pacific.
- Proven ability in strategy development and campaign execution.
- Strong intercultural awareness and experience with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language, equivalent to JLPT N1 or native-level fluency, is essential for effective communication and coordination with Japanese counterparts and clients.
- Valid work authorization in Singapore
