The Product Marketing Consultant for Asia will be responsible for developing and localizing marketing strategies to effectively position our products in the Asian market. This role involves close collaboration with regional business partners for bottom-up planning and working with global counterparts to adapt strategies to local needs. The ideal candidate will excel in market insights, product messaging, value proposition development, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activities. The role involves creating impactful campaigns, managing cross-functional projects, and driving engagement through various channels, including events, content, and digital media. This is a part of the APAC B2B marketing team and will report to the Marketing Director. You will have exposure and visibility to the client’s Sales, Product, Finance & Market Insights teams, as you work with them to create a holistic solution to Marketing problems. Role Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development and Localization: Collaborate with Asia business partners to understand market needs and develop localized go-to-market strategies. Work with global product marketing teams to localize strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing regional nuances.
  • Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct market research to gain insights into regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product messaging, value propositions, and marketing strategies.
  • Product Messaging and Value Proposition: Develop compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences in Asia. Craft clear and impactful value propositions tailored to regional market needs.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including product brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital assets. Ensure content is localized effectively and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. Coordinate with regional teams to execute marketing initiatives and ensure on-brand messaging.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with downstream teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor and manage the implementation of marketing tactics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Facilitate communication and coordination between regional and global teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights on effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. skills. Fluency in English and Japanese is required.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related role, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Asia.
  • Excellent skills in market research, product messaging, and content creation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical

· Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in the Japanese language, equivalent to JLPT N1 or native-level fluency, is essential for effective communication and coordination with Japanese counterparts and clients.
  • Valid work authorization in Singapore
