Admin cum Payroll Assistant

Jim-mike Cleaning Services Pte. Ltd.

  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  1. Office Management:Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
    Maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper-based).
  2. Documentation:Prepare and format contract documents and reports.
    Maintain and update company databases and records.
    Ensure compliance with company policies regarding record-keeping.
    Keep track of customers renewal contract.
  • Payroll Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and process employee time and attendance records.
    Calculate wages, salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
    Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, often using payroll software.
    Monitor and update benefits-related deductions in payroll systems.
  2. Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
    Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  3. Employee Inquiries:Address employee questions and concerns regarding payroll issues, such as discrepancies, deductions, or benefits.
    Resolve payroll-related disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Reporting: Generate payroll reports for management, HR, and finance departments.
    Assist in audits by providing necessary payroll information and reports.

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and payroll software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws.
  • Organizational
