Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and supervise the construction of buildings and other physical infrastructure.
- Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking Client’s approval
- Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
- Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Works in tandem with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work
- To resolve architectural related issues with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural that is recognized by the Board of Architects
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore
- Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Practices, Revit, BIM and AutoCADDiploma/Bachelor of Science in Architectural or equivalent
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors and engineers
