Responsibilities:
- Lead the QC team to ensure continuous improvement to meet the desired quality standards, safety, regulatory and customer expectations.
- Establish and implement quality control and CAPA
- Perform root cause analysis and in the formulation of 8D, corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with operations team to identify and address quality control issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods
- Analyse & report incident investigations, and oversee corrective and preventive measures
- Report and resolve issues related to process deviations and defects in finished goods
- Identify and assess potential risks for process, safety and the environment
- Define acceptance criteria, selection of measurement methods and control release of production output
- Provide guidance and lead a team of QC inspectors in the inspection of products for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements
- Be part of the internal audit team on manufacturing/quality audit processes etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- With at least 3 years of experience doing QC/QA in a logistcs environment.
- Must have 2 years of experience leading a team of QC inspectors
- Able to interprete technical drawing.
- Hands on approach with great attention to details.
- Good problem solving and leadership abilities.

- 5 Day work week
- Location: Hougang North East region (Greenwich)
- Salary: $3,800 - $4,800, AWS and Variable Bonus
