Position: Accountant

Responsibilities
Reporting to Finance Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for full spectrum of accounting function for selected subsidiaries. Specific responsibilities include:
- Maintain books of accounts, tax records and filings, and accounts closing
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports
- Help in preparation of Cash flow/Funds flow forecasts and statements. Variance Analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, reporting, audit and statutory requirements
- Help prepare and submit tax filing (including GST) in accordance with IRAS requirements.
- Help in liaison with external auditors re statutory audit and interim audit.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- Graduate degree in Accounting. ACCA/LCCI qualifications will be preferred.
- About 4-5 years of work experience in accounting function in a mid-sized organization
- Independent. Should be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Hands-on. Able to work in a small team and to support other colleagues as required.
- Good written and oral English communication skills.
- Meticulous. Willing to learn.
