Engine Technicians
• Perform disassembling and assembling of engine while adhering to technical and quality specifications.
• Perform overhauling on the engine
• Perform repairing type of aircraft engine parts such as parts in the intake,compressor, combustion and exhaust sections
• Perform repair on aircraft engine high pressure compressor blades (HPC Blade) and Land Marine blades
• Perform welding and aircraft engine compressor blades and land marine blades
• Perform profiling of cold section compressor air-foils
• Perform removal and replacement of air filter
• Perform removal and replacement of engine pipelines
• Perform non-destructive testing on engine parts
• Perform engine propeller change and engine run up as per maintenance manual
A&C Line Maintenance/ Base Maintenance
• Conducts daily routine pre-flight inspection including servicing prior to aircraft departure.
• Performed daily and weekly Transit checks of aircraft including repair/ rectification if necessary.
• Review the cabin maintenance logbook and Aircraft maintenance logbook and rectify minor defect or malfunction recorded by flight/ cabin crew and maintain records of all actions taken. Ensure general working condition and security of all cabin equipment including serviceability of all emergency and demo equipment.
• Accomplishment of customer’s aircraft’s maintenance checks, check, inspection, repair, modification, and testing safety, demonstration, emergency and loose equipment, removal/ installation, repair, overhaul, modification, and refurbishment of all aircraft seats.
• Carry out maintenance and functional checks of cabin equipment and associated components in accordance with the company’s standard procedures, manuals, and manufacturer’s specification to ensure its serviceability condition and attachment security for passenger’s comfort and safety. (e.g. - main wheel assembly, tyres, brake assembly, passenger seats, side bin, overhead bins, sidewall, ceiling panels, carpets, seat covers, passenger and cockpit windows etc.)
• Base Maintenance are designed to repair, overhaul and testing facilities for aircraft such as B747, B737, B777 and A330, A340, A319/ 320 but are not limited to perform and preparation servicing such as A, C, EQ, S1 and S2 check with the applicable AMMs while observing the airline Safety and Quality procedures.
Sheetmetal
• Perform minor and major maintenance checks, such as removal and installation of access panels, inspection of areas prone to corrosion
• Perform sheet metal structure repair work and alteration of damage aircraft in accordance with work specifications of structure repair manual (SRM), component maintenance manual (CMM), or any engineering authorizations and manufacturer specifications to return aircraft serviceable and airworthy condition.
• Perform minor and major maintenance checks, such as removal and installation of access panels, inspection of areas prone to corrosion
• Perform sheet metal structure repair work and alteration of damage aircraft in accordance with work specifications of structure repair manual (SRM), component maintenance manual (CMM), or any engineering authorizations and manufacturer specifications to return aircraft serviceable and airworthy condition.
• Replace or make repairs to skins and structural component of aircraft as required using appropriate technical orders, blueprints drawings and tools.
Avionics
• Maintenance and servicing of avionics systems.
• Carry out component changes.
• Assist engineers in trouble-shooting and rectification
• Assist in installing and servicing avionics communications equipment.
• Ensure that newly installed systems and those that have been repaired meet requirements mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration and specifications set by aircraft manufacturers.
• Participate in designing, purchasing, testing and calibrating avionic systems such as computer and electronic communication panels.
• Avionics technicians are responsible for inspecting and testing the complex electrical and computer systems that allow aircraft to function.
• Oversee airplane's radar system, radio communications equipment and the flight controls.
• Ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Removal, assemble and install electrical components, and keep detailed written records of repair work performed on aircraft. (E.g. Main Battery, Emergency Battery, Starter Generator, ACW Generator, GCU, BPCU, etc.)
• Removal and installation of engine and propeller electronic controls.
• Performs components changes, tests, and adjustments on aircraft electrical avionics systems consistent with the quality standards.
Painter
• Works under minimum supervision to safely prepare, paint and detail aircraft according to schedule using company quality standards and operating procedures.
• Safely perform aircraft preparation, painting, and detailing of aircraft under minimal supervision. Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance mandated by the Aviation regulatory authorities and specifications set by aircraft manufacturers and customers.
• Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as sanders, hydraulic lift platforms and paint sprayers.
• Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.
• Follow standard operating procedures when using sealants, paint strippers and corrosion-preventive chemicals and use protective equipment as required.
• Comply with safety rules and procedures and be alert for unsafe conditions.
• Address unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk.
• Assist with aircraft movement in hangars.
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the aviation industry as a full fledge technician, excluding OJT (On Job Training), helper and assistant mechanics.
• Mechanically and electrically trained (Maintenance)
• Exposure on GE CFM Engines, Rolls Royce Trent, Engine Alliance GP, and PW Engines.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Mechanically and electrically trained on Aircraft systems
• Proficiency in the English language (Read, Write, Speak)
• Exposure on commercial aircrafts from Boeing and Airbus, wide and narrow bodied airframes
